I've been pondering the idea of world peace, the elimination of poverty, and the spread of equal opportunism to the undermined youth. 
I realized, however, that achieving these goals might seem nearly impossible, if not impossible, and the only way to attempt to fulfill them is to start locally–meaning with yourself. 

We must all be aware of who we are and then accept who we are. 
We have to define our own goals, our motives, and our opinions.  We have to understand and agree with our own choices prior to reprimending others (actually, ideally that should be eliminated since who are we to tell others how to live…). 
By agreeing with ourselves we can strive for happiness and more complete satisfaction. 

By being at peace with ourselves, we are then capable of attempting to be at peace with others.  We learn how to accept their views and not just tolerate them, but respect them.
